Traffic

The repercussions of overpopulation have never really occurred to me until high school. There's definitely too many people flooding the hallways between classes and during lunch. Although it provides a diverse social group, it gets irritating trying to avoid crunching foot traffic. I've honed my banister-sliding skills and timed my iTouch to the second the bell goes off. Usually I'm able to reach halfway to my destination before crowding begins. I just need to keep an eye out for security guards; they'll write me up for sliding on rails. The admin is just scared that I'll crack my head open and sue their @$$. I know what I'm doing; I wouldn't lean over a 25-foot ledge unless I was completely sure about the outcome. If the enrolling method had more control over school population, the admin wouldn't have to worry as much about crowd control. During lunch period, the main hall is polluted with both trash and noise, not to mention the trash from people's mouths. Usually the library would be the expected quiet escape, but troublemakers always go there to make noise and play Internet flash games.
